Arrrrr Mateys!

The island is looking for you! This Saturday we will be having our Open House for the 2011 season.

Saturday June 25, 2011 10 am - 3 pm

Rotary Park at the Main (Knight's) Pub

2577 West Meyer Rd. Wentzville MO.

Our costumed volunteers get garbed up and walk around the Fest site chatting with patrons all day and giving the island a real presence. Entertaining the patrons is a real treat for these folks and we are happy to invite you to join in on the fun!

You could come on out and get information about being a Pirate!, Villager, Military personnel, an Aristocrat, or even a St.Claire Lady!

We also have several positions available in our Support Groups.

Front gate- This garbed group handles all of our front gate duties. Greeting our patrons as they come in and giving them a hearty thank you on their way out as well as other duties.

Safety team- This group does not wear historical garb but instead they wear those lovely bright yellow shirts that are easy to spot. Our safety team proudly helps our volunteers and patrons stay as safe as they can during the day by giving first aid and dealing with other general safety concerns.

Orange Crew- This group of people wear the bright orange shirts while going all over site doing various behind the stage duties.

We will have staff available to answer any questions and help you with the sign up process.

We hope to see all of you there and are looking forward to working with you!

Petit Lyon is privileged to host some of the finest crafters and artisans in the realm! You will find a wide variety of handcrafted treasures as well as unique items brought from the far corners of the world to entice and delight. Our merchants offer a delightful selection of period-inspired wares for your perusal, games, services and foods for your enjoyment.
